Description

"KULACH" is a creative projects competition within the framework of the 2026 IPark conference in Kyrgyzstan. The theme "Hero's Path" invites participants to present a project through its development history: from the initial idea and overcome difficulties to the achieved results and future plans. The total prize fund is 1,000,000 soms. The competition covers architecture, cinema, animation, literature, art, music, design, fashion, digital content, game development, crafts, and creative technologies. Applications can be submitted by adult citizens of Kyrgyzstan living in the country, individually or as part of a team. Business ideas, prototypes, and existing projects are accepted. The program includes expert selection, an educational intensive, and assistance in finalizing the presentation. An acceleration program is provided for the finalists. The competition is suitable for authors and teams who want to prepare a clear story about their product, work results, and the next stage of development. Applications are accepted until October 28, 2026. The final and awards ceremony will take place on November 28 at ololoPlanet.
